Remainder of August Challenge

I’ve been trying to get myself back to trying one new thing (that is healthy/good for me) a month.  Last October I tried to make the bed every day for a month, and dag nabbit, I am still making the bed every morning!

A couple of things have come and gone without notice, and now that there are only two weeks left in August, i’m jumping back in.

This one is something that Ryan and I are notoriously bad at.  Eating late.  For the first half of August i’ve been trying to get us to eat earlier, and so far so good.

So, now i’m putting it out there.  For the remainder of the month (it’s only 2 weeks, come on Ker…) we will try out best to have dinner on the table before 7 pm, and try to finish eating by 8.

Hopefully this will help us to stop suffering from the “fill my belly, fall right asleep” routine…

What about you?  Do you get dinner on the table early every night?  Or are you like us, throwing something together and sitting down to eat around 9:30, only to clean up dinner and head to bed?  Those of you who eat early?  Do you have any advice?
